I had a few questions about my order and some other things and Melissa A. From the customer service team was so amazingly helpful, she answered all my questions quickly, in depth and even provided me a photo of the hilt colours I was asking about, honestly a fantastic CSR and made my experience with saberforge fantastic, I expect to be buying more sabers in the future because it was such an excellent experience :)
Hilt arrived and is HORRIBLY designed. You have to remove a magnetic cover and insert a "kill key" to turn it off, but then you can't put the magnetic cover back on. Blade arrived broken and won't light up. Over a month fighting with customer service with no resolution. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible company. Avoid at all costs. The only way they could possibly have this high of a rating is that they have bad reviews removed. Lets see how long mine lasts. Edit: Sabeforge managed to hide this review while they tried to send me a new blade. Eventually I got a new, working blade for my saber, and it turns out they had sent the wrong charger initially, so they sent the correct charger as well. I feel this review still stands because even though it was eventually resolved, it took a lot of work dealing with their customer service just to get something that should have been included in the first place.

Phillip and Saberforge have gone the extra mile to ensure the customer has the best possible experience. In this hobby it can be difficult to get a response from a company, Phillip himself responded to me within 10 minutes of reaching out and took the time to make sure my experience was great. I will definitely be placing another order very soon.
I like the idea of building a custom saber and Saberforge was there to answer the call.
When we placed our order it seemed like something was strange with the interface so I had to email SaberForge and it took a little while for them to get back to me. They must be very busy, but their email was kind and of good tone. It took about 7 weeks for our order to arrive, which is about what we were led to expect. We ordered about three weeks before Christmas, which must be a very busy time for them. My daughter's Saber arrived just as ordered and it's beautiful. Good work people! Thank you.
Great tone and communication, it just took a while.
I continue to use saberforge for several reasons. Their eco line gives beginners a great product with out killing the wallet. Their ability to custom make sabers is great. You do have to wait longer then some other places but it's worth it. When I did have a problem they returned my messages usually within in three days.
I'll be honest, if it wasn't for the quality of what I ordered, I wouldn't be rating them a generous 4 stars. Their customer service is sub par, only responding to emails about shipping and tracking 2-3 weeks after I sent the request. Shipping took a week as promised, but it took 5 months to actually get here after I talked to a rep that said it would only take about a month. Regardless of all that, it's a great saber and maybe if I go back to the states, I'll order again just to see if anything changed.

I want to give my experience with saber forge and Philip.
I ordered my saber and I got a very quick response to my order. I ordered the bane M K2 with veteran sound.
I have heard a lot of stories about sabers taking months to arriveAnd then when they get there they don't work.
I am grateful to say this was not my experience. My saber arrived in just a matter of weeks. And I was in contact with Philip through Facebook regularly. He kept me updated About my saber in how it was coming along.
When my saber arrived today everything was intact and the packaging was Immaculate.
I did have to The wheel for the Belt clip, And at 1st I did not know how to take out the blade plug.
However after posting to this site I got a quick answer from the community and then within a matter of minutes Philip privately message me and also told me what to do.
My saber is beautifully made very well constructed I was impressed with the weight and quality of work. The sound is phenomenal. I'm still learning how to switch from different sound fonts.
Over all my experience with saber forge has been A+
If I ever need any more light sabers I definitely will buy from saber forge. It was worth every penny.
I was pretty skeptical of my son spending his savings on a replica light saber but have to admit it's pretty awesome. He's thrilled and we were impressed with the quality. Even better that it's an Oregon company.

Good quality. Usually ships pretty fast granted they over estimate on shipping in most cases. Usually gets to me a tad early which is nice. I've ordered 3 sabers from them and all have been pretty durable!

Really good products, and decent (if a bit slow) customer service. The only thing holding me back from giving a 5 star rating is the extreme amount of money Saberforge charges for shipping. Otherwise, I have no complaints at all.
So far so good. Enjoyable and easy to understand process, though the powder dust could have more examples on the base site in a general location rather than different tabs, but navigation wasn't bad.
I was recommended by friends and all decided to get a lightsaber of our own as a momento for each other and to duel each other.
I see a lot mixed reviews here but I want to say I had a great experience with Saber Forge. Morgan and I had excellent communication and I had two sabers repaired in a reasonable amount of time, which easily exceeded t the expectations given to me by the company on the website and in writing. Great job with about a two month turnaround on the service.

The saber came in during the expected delivery time to Canada, no damage. Well packaged and works as advertised. Very happy with the order and may even go for a higher quality one next
Noice, saber, liked the customization ability, heavy and lets you know its there, color is great, nicely put together, sounds is kewl. Only thing out of everything I didnt like was the forward prongs, which looked metal and are actually a thick plastic, otherwise great piece.
SanerForge has a history of producing the highest quality products with exceptional craftsmanship. This piece however, is the first less than perfect piece I've received. Therefore I cannot give 5/5 stars. Nevertheless, SaberForge is the best and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
